| Matthew Best Member Since: Expires: | My aim is to study the ambiguous space in between the objectification of an individual, and the anthropomorphizing of the object. Images within my work function in two ways; depicting the body or parts of the body, and second to show objects referencing the body. |

| Candy Keegan Member Since: Honorary Expires: | My work reflects my emotions and self-reflections. Being the model brings an element of performance to my work. I explore modern notions of femininity and the complexities of female sexuality, examining the contrast between vulnerability and power. |
|
| Jenufa Kent Member Since: 11/08 Expires: | Going her own unique way, Jenufa expresses the unspoken existence of the deep sub-conscious embracing its observations, memory, desires, feelings emotions and intuitions via rich colors and her dexterity for inside and intrigue.
|
| Fareeha Khawaja Member Since: May 2010 Expires: April 30, 2011 | Fareeha's paintings are an intriguing amalgam of rugged textures, spontaneous colors, sporadic lines and loud emotions, which she uses as metaphors to express the ongoing chaos in the world with an attempt to release the negative and imbibe the positive. Her most recent style “Jinga Art”, a fusion of whimsical & fantasy folk "Truck Art" of Pakistan, brings the promise of love, peace and happiness by depicting jovial moods, glitzy flamboyant colors, simple blatant emotions and inscrutable tales from the distant lands. |

| Emery Lewis Member Since: Honorary Expires: | This brightly painted older work, titled Contemplative Gestures, completed in 1998, was inspired by one of my favorite poses. In this work, I attempted to convey the human body through use of various values of color. I used palette knife to manipulate the oil paint as I tactually followed the many contours and lines of the female form. One of my favorite painters of the past is Gauguin. You may see some of his influence in the work. This brightly painted older work, titled Contemplative Gestures, completed in 1998, was inspired by one of my favorite poses.
